What does Camiscorder do?
It records a single app window and turns it into App Store–ready preview videos (1920×1080) and screenshots (16:10), with captions, zoom, backgrounds, and per-language localization — all exported to Apple's exact specifications.
Why does it ask for Screen Recording permission?
Recording an app window requires macOS's Screen Recording permission. Grant it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording. Camiscorder only captures the window you choose.
Where are my projects stored?
Locally on your Mac, in the .camiscorder project file you save. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Does Camiscorder collect any data?
No. It has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
